Rescuing a Husky in Need, Sep 2025
Last week, a heartbreaking call came from a kind neighbor who truly loves dogs. She told me about a husky who had just been run over by a car.
This boy’s life had never been easy. His owner used to keep him tied up all day to a tree near a car wash. Despite the harsh conditions, my neighbor had been quietly looking after him whenever she could. Months ago, I even offered to take him to a shelter, but his owner refused.
On the day of the accident, the owner was nowhere to be found. When my neighbor suggested taking him to the vet, some people around shockingly said: “let him die.”
But my neighbor didn’t give up. She brought him to her place and immediately called me. For nearly 90 minutes, we worked together to comfort him and provide first aid. Finally, with the help of my connections, a shelter team arrived. They rushed him for treatment.
Today, this husky is safe, cared for, and walking again. 💙
This rescue was not about money — it was about refusing to turn away when a life was at stake. It is proof that when compassion leads, there is always hope.
